to pack up at 3 o'clock. These folks at the end? The yellow zone? And Sebastian may need some support slash, like, you know, like, he's going to be wanting to sell to people. He may even have a lineup at 3. Okay. And you've got to be like, you need to pack down right now. Okay, that is half past 3. That is at 3 o'clock. After you can. These four guys. Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay. Okay. Because Sebastian was here last week until, like, 4 or so. But I gotta make sure like at 3pm he's out. He stops. Yeah, and you can be like, well, can people just drive around me? And the whole point is like we're clearing people out of here so they don't have to drive around. Yeah, okay. Mark, it's not that they couldn't. It's just that it increases the risk. 100%. Yeah. And it's like… Yeah. And so that's why, you know, often here I'm here at the end of the day because I like Sebastian and he's my friend. Yeah. Yeah, but if he wasn't, I would just be like, pack your shit up. This is your job. Yeah, yeah. You know, the… Right, so you absolutely do not have to like help him move all of his things. Okay. You know, and if you don't want to get stuck helping him move all of his things in order to clear traffic, then you need to be… Yeah. It is 3 o It is time to pack your stuff up Okay Okay Great So this starts at 3 Yeah And then And then you know these guys need to pack down right at 3 Okay. So if you, so when, at 3, you just do a walk down here. Yeah. And especially Moonshine Mamas, like, and… Yeah, especially Moonshine Mamas, you know, sort of might need a nudge. Okay. Like usually they're good, usually they're on it. It's just that like they have so much stuff and so much heavy stuff, you know, that unless they start packing down at 3 basically. Okay. Like they're still going to be slowly packing up at 4. And they're holding up the roll too. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Because we can't really open this up until row three's gone? Yeah, row three has to have, um, yeah, row three has to be gone and then we can open up the alley. Row three's gone and then open up the alley, yeah? Exactly. Okay. You know, so it's like once, you know, these people have everything cleared out of their spot whether they moved it over you know or moved it over there or whatever then you like okay I gonna move the signs row row three is open Okay And move the signs as in like the no dogs allowed would like go away and then that just opens up the driveway. Exactly. Okay. Exactly. Sweet. And that's for, and then that helps both row two and row one, like, pack up, or is it just, like, row two then? Or anyone can actually come this way and start to, like… And anybody can come in. Okay. Just, like, at the beginning of the day. Yeah. Okay. You know, the, like, and really it's just row three that you've got to worry about. Yeah. Because row two, you know, by the time row three packs up, they're so ready to be done. Like, half of them will already have packed their shit out. Row two. Maybe a third of row two will already have to be packed up at that point. Okay. And the electricity, do I shut that off at 3.30, 3.45, 4? 4. 4. Or even, like, it's the last thing you do, basically. Okay, it's the last thing I do. Yeah. Okay. and the folks who are depending on the electricity is the coffee, like Christian's group, and then the donut guys. So if they're not using it, they're already out, that means I can probably shut it down. There's just no reason to do it before you leave, right? Because you also got folks with refrigerated things you got Catherine and her coffee or chai rather Oh right those are all plugged in yeah Yeah and like you right that they mostly be gone at 4 but I would just say put it last on your list because there no reason not to Okay. Sweet. Sounds good. Right, like, sort of last, the, um… But, but when, let's, uh… I'm recording. Oh, you're recording right now. Okay. So, once you've opened up here… Yeah. you know then you start taking that taking down the signs and putting the signs. No, if you take the no parking signs down you know then people will park there just at the time when it's most needed for vendor parking. Right I meant like these like the no dogs allowed because by then like by 3.30 or so it's like done we're not really using them anymore. Yeah exactly up front yeah you want to like probably grab those dog signs last yeah you know but you know I I would say like after this, you know, then it's like, yeah, start packing stuff up, take the banner down because it's going to be in the way when folks are packing up there. Yeah, right. Yeah. Yeah, and I'll try and remember to keep my phone nearby, so that if you're like, ah, how does this work? Yeah. You know, I can be accessible, but I can't guarantee it because I'm going to be like in rehearsal. Yeah, you know, like in mystic God mode. yeah okay sweet anything else yeah it's like on did you close the gate already you did like I went back to the vendors one of them yeah yeah you know so it's like once traffic is gone at the front yeah like open the gate but like really you got to wait until your people are mostly packed up because once the So the gate is open and then people will think they can drive their cars in. And so you just basically wait until you're like, okay, now I feel like it is safe to do so. And so we work with that. But then we also close the gate after, right? We're not keeping the gate open. Correct. So on a day that's this busy, that'll slow you down a little bit. Yeah. Because I've got to wait for everyone to make sure they're packed up. Yeah, and if folks are real late bringing their cars in, you can just be like, you can go and talk to them and be like, hey, I'm leaving, but I've left the padlock off. Will you please close the, lock the gate when you're done? Okay. Red light, you need to take off sort of before them. Yeah. Um, let's see. Yeah, uh, make sure, remember to grab the curb ramps. Yep. You know, they're heavy beasts. Yeah. Curb ramps, the cones. The cones, yeah. Did you put the cones out here? I put them in the crosswalk, but you're right, that's, we should go and spread them out now. Okay, so the cones. Thanks for watching! ^rwhi908281100
