Highlights

In the conscious communities, there's a lot of focus on healing, shadow work, training, applied medicine, experiences, different teachers, different courses, a lot of emphasis on needing to better yourself, needing to heal yourself, needing to evolve yourself, and that is counterproductive.
We heal so we can live, and a lot of us can get stuck in the pattern of the opposite, where a lot of our life is consumed by the healing work that we do.
It takes a lot of nuance to be able to understand when you can step off that rat race of healing because that itself becomes another thing to do, another thing to fix.
It's really good to take programs, work with teachers, get into different experiences, and at some point, if the work is really, really working for us, we should know that where I'm at right now is enough.
A lot of my integration of all the work I've done happens in life itself, so the more we heal consciously, we should feel comfortable stepping away from that to actually then bring all the practices and healing into our day-to-day life.
We're spiritual beings having a human experience, and it would be a tragedy if we didn't allow ourselves to have the experience because we're so busy healing.
So my invitation is for us to find a place in our life where we feel healed enough to then be able to enjoy life. ^rwhi887332132
