So knowing thyself has to come first at the conscious level, whereas accepting thyself happens at the subconscious level. And so to do this, we are required to get past our judgments and our guilt about who we are and gradually begin accepting every aspect of our life, every mistake we've made, and seeing All of it from a higher or more heavenly perspective.
