This is the paradox we rarely speak of: to truly live requires a continual readiness to die – not physically, but to die to the versions of ourselves that no longer serve the truth emerging within us.

Your essence lies beneath these accumulated layers.

The work isn’t about adding more – it’s about excavation. Releasing. Digging deeper. Removing what isn’t authentically you.

And yes, this means leaving behind familiar territories. Relationships that once held you but now confine you. Experiences you’ve outgrown. The comfort of certainty.

The question isn’t whether you’ll face these small deaths – it’s whether you’ll face them consciously, with courage, or be dragged kicking and screaming.
