What Makes a Conscious Man?

1. Present: Each man needs to be able to access his emotional body, feel his feelings authentically and express them in a way that can be felt by others. While we all have off days, each man needs to be able to generate this authentic emotional presence fairly regularly. 

2. Self-generating: Each man needs to be able to recognize when he is stuck and ask the circle for support. 

3. Supportable: Each man needs to have complete commitment to being a part of what we do, growing emotionally, and trusting the men and their feedback. 

4. Supportive: Each man needs to be able to offer support of all kinds to serve other men, through reflections, circling, and practical and emotional support.
