Control/Authority/Valor.

Challenged to rise up, and rise up alone. Shaman warrior. Find the inner author. Out of control emerges the inner light. Needs an open heart to relinquish control. Strength comes from giving up control. Human spirit shining bright in the wilderness. Rise with authority and take a stand for something nobler in life. You’ll face odds that are against you, but see the gift in it. You’re a god with a rusty sword. Steady and strident refinement. Meet obstacles with courage. Deep contemplation. Has to face death, and being back the fruits from the “other side”. “Rank obliges one to serve”. Valor and Wisdom. Self sacrifice and Trust. Inner leadership, not about the limelight.

For you, being in control is the issue. Any inadequacy you feel about yourself will manifest either through your being steamrolled by someone else or by someone resenting you for trying to control them. Your position as an authority figure depends on how successfully you can stay in tune with those whom you are leading. If there is any resentment, it will be because of something you yourself either said or did. Leadership for you is not about knowing the mechanics of your trade; it is about your core intent. Are you using your position to serve others or yourself? The less you think of yourself, the better leader you will become and the more you will be trusted. If you do not relate at all to being a leader, then you had better dig into your own past and purge yourself of the demons that have caused you to forget your true power.
